Rooted in the landscape of rural West Sussex, the farm provides the setting to step away from everyday pressures, gain perspective and engage in more meaningful conversation. At the heart of the farm is a beautifully restored barn alongside a teaching kitchen and surrounded by a market garden. Together they create a peaceful and versatile setting for leadership retreats, strategy days, staff wellbeing events and team gatherings.

Seasonal food, much of it harvested from the garden, is central to the Haymans experience. As a working biodynamic farm, Haymans Farm also offers an opportunity to explore the relationship between food, farming, health and the natural environment. These themes can simply be a backdrop to your own programme, or be woven into the day through garden walks, seasonal food experiences or informal discussion.
