Workshop Tutors

Jhenn Skivolocki is a professional chef with over 20 years’ food experience. She moved to the UK as a gourmet chocolatier creating specialist chocolates. Working throughout London, she has been a head chef, line cook, baker, cake decorator, raw chef, consultant, recipe developer and private chef. As a certified traditional Japanese chef, Jhenn was also on the frontier of supper clubs which she still runs today.

Cinzia Fontana is an Italian creative designer, food designer with over 20 years of experience. During her international experience in design she became passionate about food, print and packaging design. Working in Italy as a creative designer Cinzia gained experience also in the kirigami and origami techniques that reflected in her approach for packaging and food design in the following years.​
